6. Accepting the order to purchase products
Some orders are subject to non-acceptance by us for several reasons, such as ineligibility, failure to confirm authorization for payment, suspicion of fraud, lack of stock in stock, etc.

8. Payment

9. Delivery
Orders are delivered within Riyadh within one business day, and within 2-5 business days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while shipments outside the Kingdom are delivered within 4-8 business days.
The timetable for delivering the order starts from the date of payment, and if the order does not reach the customer within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of payment, the full amount will be returned to the customer, with the exception of the customer not being on site at the specified time, or the customer requesting to postpone delivery.
Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the first business day after the date on which the order was sent.
The above delivery periods do not apply to custom-made furniture pieces.
10. Receiving
After agreeing on a delivery date, the customer is responsible for receiving the shipment, and in the event of delivering the furniture, the customer must provide appropriate means for entry and installation, in terms of sufficient space for doors, corridors, and elevators to enter the products, and notify us of any potential problems during entry.
If the customer refuses to receive the shipment after agreeing on the date, we reserve the full right to calculate the delivery fees and return the amount of the products only.
In the event of delivering furniture, we provide a free furniture storage service for a period of 14 days after the agreed upon day of delivery - with delivery fees calculated if the shipment goes out for delivery and is refused delivery by the customer -.
If the customer does not respond and the appointment is rescheduled within a maximum period of 3 months - during which the storage value will be calculated - the order will be cancelled, the full amount will be kept and the products will be resold.
11. Return of products
Returning products in their original condition:
The customer has the right to return the products in their original condition within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the products are in their original packaging, original box, and protective cover. Only the value of the order will be returned without delivery fees.
An exception to the above is made-to-order furniture, which cannot be returned.
If the products are returned in their original condition, communication is made via WhatsApp or email, and the customer is responsible for returning them or bearing the additional delivery cost.
Return damaged or defective products
If the products are damaged when they reach the customer, the customer is obligated to notify us immediately, and arrange a pickup date within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, and the order value will be returned, including delivery fees.
An exception to the above is furniture pieces that are made to order. Notes are taken, modified, and returned back to the customer, without additional delivery fees, and they cannot be returned for a refund.
In the event that damaged products are returned, communication will be made via WhatsApp or email to arrange a time to receive the products from the same address to which they were delivered.
The representative will examine the product to be returned. This examination is considered preliminary and does not guarantee the customer’s entitlement to a refund.
12. Replacement products
The customer has the right to request that the products be replaced within 3 days from the date of receipt with other products - except for furniture pieces - provided that the products are in their original packaging, original box, and protective cover, knowing that this is subject to stock availability, and additional delivery fees will be applied to deliver the selected pieces. And return the replaced parts.
The representative will examine the product to be replaced. This examination is considered preliminary and does not guarantee the customer’s eligibility for replacement.
13. Prices
All prices shown for the products are the final prices after adding the 15% value-added tax. There are no additional amounts required from the customer except the delivery fees. If the customer desires additional services such as installation, he will be notified of the service fees at that time.
If you choose a country and currency other than the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Riyal, the value-added tax of 15% of the final value of the product will be automatically cancelled.
14. Discount coupons and purchase vouchers
Coupons and vouchers are used according to their terms and conditions and during the specified date. They cannot be exchanged for cash amounts or used with other discounts or promotions, and the person to whom the coupons are intended does not have the right to share them with others.
15. Promotions
