Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy


1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
  • The request is submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and proof of purchase.
Returns may be refused if:
  • The product has been opened, used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
2.Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
  • A defective product
  • A damaged product during shipping
  • An incorrect item
Please contact INSEL Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
After verification, INSEL will offer one of the following:
  • Replacement of the product
  • Repair, where applicable
  • Full refund
The cost of return shipping will be covered by INSEL in these cases.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind:
  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated during promotions.
  • Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
  1. Products Not Eligible for Return
The following products are not eligible for return:
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Wallpaper and wall coverings
  • Products that have been opened, used, installed, damaged, or are not in their original condition
4. Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery provided they meet the return conditions.
If the replacement product has:
  • A higher value, the customer pays the price difference.
  • A lower value, the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, subject to customer preference.
5. Refund Method
Once the returned product has been received and inspected:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional processing time before appearing in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery orders, if applicable, may require bank account details for refund processing.
6. Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting Customer Service.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the normal return procedure will apply.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
7. Return Procedure
To request a return or exchange:
  • Contact INSEL Customer Service.
  • Provide your order number.
  • Describe the reason for the request.
  • Attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Wait for return authorization before shipping the item.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights granted to consumers under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
